At Bolt Property Management we know that pets are family, and we are proud to offer pet-friendly communities.
Your furry friends will love some of the open spaces to explore and the nearby parks for outdoor adventures!
No more than 2 pets per apartment.
Breed restrictions apply.
Residents must submit a Pet Application for approval before bringing animals onto Bolt PM property.
Animals used as disability assistance are not considered as “pets” under this policy.

$10 per pet
Edmond
One-time, non-refundable Pet Fee:

Myrtle Beach
One-time, non-refundable Pet Fee:
$300 for 1 pet

RULES - All pets must comply with the following rules:
- Weight restrictions apply. When fully-gown, pets cannot be more than a certain weight depending on the community:
- Greenville & Edmond - 45lb limit
- Myrtle Beach - 40lb limit
- Proof of vaccinations is required.
- A pet may not be tied or left unattended in any common area, patio, or balcony. When outdoors, pets are to be carried or restrained either by a leash or animal carrier per county law. Does not apply to Service Animals only.
- No pet shall be allowed to become a nuisance or create any unreasonable disturbance.
- The resident will be held responsible for their pet and their guest’s visiting pets. A fine will be imposed for each unauthorized pet brought onto the property.
- Aggressive breeds are NOT allowed. The following breeds (or mix of breeds) are restricted:

CAGED ANIMALS - Caged pets that are allowed by Bolt PM pet policy must be in a cage or aquarium always, unless being handled by the owner and in the owner’s control. Resident(s) with caged pets are not required to pay fees; however, all caged pets must adhere to the pet policy and the following rules:
- PROHIBITED - Ferrets, rabbits, rats, reptiles, and snakes are strictly prohibited from all buildings.
- Fish tanks will be smaller than or equal to 20 gallons.
- All pets (except fish) are limited to 2 per apartment.
